How a Roan Club Journey Works
The Roan Club designs private golf journeys in South Africa for small groups. We do not run scheduled, off-the-shelf tours. Each trip is built around the people travelling: the courses they want to play, where they stay, and how much of the trip goes to wine, the city or the bush.
The four itineraries below are anonymised examples of journeys we have designed. Use them to see what a Roan Club trip looks like, then tell us what you would change.

About These Itineraries
Are these fixed-date group tours?
No. The Roan Club does not run scheduled tours. These are sample itineraries we have designed. Your journey is planned around your own group, dates and priorities.
Can we change an itinerary?
Yes. Every part can change: the courses, the hotels, the number of days and the order of the regions. You can also combine them, for example Cape Town and the Winelands followed by a safari in the Greater Kruger.
Can partners who don't play golf come?
Yes. The Cape, the Winelands & the Wild is a golf light tour, with one round at Steenberg, and any journey can include days built around wine, food, the city, wellness or safari for guests who are not playing.
Why are there no prices on these pages?
Because every journey is built for a specific group, we price each one individually. Tell us your group size, dates and preferences and we will send you a tailored proposal.
